Leadership

John has served at Faith Church for over 30 years in various roles, and has served as Lead Pastor since 2000. He and his wife Sharon have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. 

Before arriving at Faith Church in 2018, Adam served as a college pastor and lead pastor in churches in Oregon & California. He and his wife Lisa have three daughters.

When he is not leading worship at Faith Church, James works as a Physical Therapy Assistant. He also loves to spend time with his wife Rachel.

Vern and Chris have been attending Faith Church for decades. When not serving the church body they love, they can be found ministering to family and friends.

Easton has served as our Student Ministry Director since 2018. His wife Regena serves alongside him as they both strive to help students develop an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry from Grand Canyon University and is currently working on his Master of Divinity degree at Phoenix Seminary.

MaryCay brought decades of experience in administration when she joined our staff in 2019. She oversees the day-to-day operations at the church office. MaryCay has 5 sons and 1 daughter with her husband Ben.

Kaitlyn oversees the children's ministry from nursery to 6th grade. She has attended Faith Church since she was a baby. Working with children is something that Kaitlyn has been passionate about ever since she was old enough to volunteer. She believes that the early years of a child’s life are a key foundational time for building their understanding of the Bible, their own need for salvation and what it looks like to live out their faith.

Greg previously served as an elder and church plant liaison at Lakeland Church in Gurnee, IL.  He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Cornell University and is a Fellow in the American Association of Clinical Chemistry. He and his wife Nancy have a son and daughter.

Gigi assists with the children's ministry from nursery to 6th grade. She loves the kids of Faith Church and wants to see them grow in Christ.  She is married to Dave Frazier and has two sons, two daughters and is enjoying her grandchildren.

Beth and her husband Dale have worshiped the Lord at Faith Church since 2003. Blessed with three grown sons, she feels just as privileged to love on the babies and toddlers entrusted to her care. She and her many volunteers serve so parents and grandparents can worship and study the Word on Sunday mornings. Beth seeks to make church a fun, safe place for little ones to first learn about Jesus.

Paul is a native to Arizona and joined the Navy right out of high school. He has worked in corporate security and facilities maintenance since the late 90's. Paul is a father of three girls and loves wild birds and gardening.
